Libby's Background:

I am a research psychologist who has been conducting usability studies in the computer industry since 1996.  I have worked both as a team member across entire product development lifecycles and as a consultant providing one-time review services.  Clients include Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Starbucks, Zillow, Scholastic, CTB/McGraw-Hill, Apex Learning, PictureIQ, and Cognetics.  I am a member of the Association of Computing Machinery, the User Experience Professionals Association, and the American Psychological Association.  For more information, use the following links to jump to the sections below.

bulletClients include Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Starbucks, Zillow, Apex Learning, and PictureIQ for products targeted to general consumers, teachers, software developers, IT professionals, and businesspeople. 
bullet Software products include company web sites, e-commerce sites, Internet search engines (including a social user interface search engine), photo-editing applications, photo-printing applications, encyclopedia applications, and multi-age games.  Hardware products include tablet, keyboard, photo printer, mouse, and headset.

bulletKids' products include games, educational skill programs, science exploration programs, web sites, assessment tools, trackballs, and handheld messaging devices.
